Rulk SP2 Issue

The second hit on Red Hulk’s SP2 does not deal any bonus damage. Not sure why this is - all his regular attacks, both hits of his SP1 and the first hit of his SP2 do.

It's a ranged attack, so I'm guessing that's the excuse there.
