Light attack after dash attack not landing on opponent

I am having issues with mypunisher 2099. Whenever I attack, the second hit of the combo is completely missing the opponent when it should most certainly land. The opponent of course is attacking back in that window and I am getting hit more number of times than I normally would.

    I have the same issue with my P2099 as well, that short punch of his just misses. I posted this a while back but haven't gotten any response.
