    Unless you have the rest of the “Holy Trinity” Medusa will be doing a lot more damage. Also, you’d be struggling against Bleed Immune champs

    If you have the holy trinity, you have 2 great LOL attackers (SESM being the other). Medusa relies on Karnak and Blackbolt (neither can fight in LOL effectively.
