    If you can't hang on all of the days for AQ then that is a problem. If you can't compete the AQ or contribute to paths then you aren't ready. It is typical to get upset you are not at the level needed or required for the alliance. As an officer it's frustrating to not complete because somebody feels they belong with you when they can't carry their own weight or contribute reliably.
