I saw somewhere a discussion about Blade when he first came out that was about his danger sense and synergy with Sparky. A moderate said it wasn't a flat rate of 45% added to the 40% ability reduction. It was an additional 45% of that 40%, making it 58% ability reduction. I've searched high and low for that post to no avail. Anyone better at searching these forums than i am? Would be greatly appreciated thank get a link to that thread. Thanks

Idk where it is... But the synergy stuff is never as simple as adding numbers. It works as you explained in the second part to my knowledge
