AQ Prestige Bug?

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but every week our alliance should get 1400-1500 AQ Prestige if you believe the results. But after the AQ Series our overall AQ Prestige value falls back to 2500. It keeps this value for month now.
Is it a bug or do I just not know how this value is calculated?

Can someone pls explain it to me?

    You start off the "week" with your alliance's base prestige and then gain/lose prestige for each battle group end boss kill, This will cause prestige to rise over the five days of AQ. Once the "week" ends the prestige resets to your alliances base prestige for the next AQ "week".

    Your base alliance prestige is the average of all members prestige. Member Prestige is the PI of top 5 champions which excludes masteries and boosts.
