Chaos Rift EQ Portals NOT WORKING!

I just started the new EQ with very little chas shard thinking I'll complete the Easy one then move up on difficulties (like I always do), to collect stuff (specially rift crystals). But, THE PORTALS ARE NOT WORKING! It only allowed for random choice (you cannot choose where to go, like it should), and the next thing I knew, I was done with nothing to show for it! This is a waste of time!

    It's random. Always has been. You don't get to choose where you go.

    @Ruth_Lee you're in for a nice surprise then because A) you can't choose where you want to go, and YOU HAVE to start at the beginner level. You cannot do the next level until you get enough chaos shards to unlock it. It'll be some time before you even enter the next round

    Imagine how mad he would of been if he started with the last rift and thought he missed out on a 5* Awakening Gem 😂
