I don't like what I'm getting in my crystals

I'm a new player in this game and well I was so interested in playing this game because of your advertisement... Now I'm level 14 and so far my highest rated champion is 2 star but when I look at the other players whose level is way below than mine, have several 3 star and at least one 4 star champion.... What is going on? I really hope jabam will give a good explanation bout this... And yes I did pay to buy some units... But in the end i still got the usual 2 star champions... I'm kinda disappointed in this.

    join an active beginner's alliance and you can get your first 4* within a few weeks..give or take

    Being level 14 and complaining that you don't have any 4 stars yet is like being 5 years old and complaining that you don't have a car yet.

    This is why you don't buy crystals early in the game. Even though your chances are now shown exactly as they are on; the crystal, doesn't mean that you have any more luck than you already have at pulling a 4* from a PHC, Featured hero crystal, etc.

    Early on in game, you are supposed to save your units, and your crystals, as well as grind arena really hard. You are still in the beginners bracket, so you don't need such a high score to win the 4* champions from arena.

    Might want to get on it while you still can.

    It is probably worse, since the rules of the real world stipulate you be five years old for an entire year. The rules of MCOC allow you to escape level 14 in a few minutes.

    A great place to get your first 3-Star Champion is through the exploration reward for completing all of the Act 1 story quest. I hope that helps and good luck!

    It’s a life sucking addiction of a game that will either ruin your wallet or your social life.

    The support is awful and the community interaction is nonexistent on topics that matter, unless you are in MMXIV.
