what does it mean when i cant access arenas but I can access every other feature ?

    Means you used 3rd party software to run arena. You got caught. No use in arguing. Also, if you have questions then you need to send a ticket to in game support. This thread wilm get closed.

    You speak without knowing im not even a tech geek i only play on my phone and grinded non stop for like 8 hours, I am not arguing i am defending myself because i know i did nothing wrong. Who are you anyways to act like you know of my actions? lmao

    Plus i grind the same in events and story,I love the game and play it a lot . Im not that desperate where i would use 3rd parties to play for me. I enjoy playing myself . I wouldnt even feel proud if i didnt earn rewards myself you

    The ONLY reason you get arenas removed is because of cheating. No other reason. Also, this is a public forum. Dont post if you dont want the hard truths thrown at you.

    The Forums are not the place to discuss any actions taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. There is more information HERE regarding account bans.

    If you are unable to access 3v3 Arena Events, it would suggest that your account has been banned from Arenas. There's more information about this available HERE.
