Summoners! We're really excited to announce the introduction of a brand new mode to The Contest! Introducing, Infinity Dungeons! @Kabam Miike What classes will be in tonight's dungeons? I saw the list somewhere a few days ago, but don't recall an order. It might affect what champs I use the rest of the day.

@Kabam Miike may I ask why the prestige system was put in place? Yes, it's good in theory; but I honestly think it's stupid that players like myself are bottlenecked by the amount of artifacts and dust I can gather because I haven't spent the t2a to get up to that 5500 prestige. Please respond, and please not with the basic "I'm sorry you're not happy" response

Reports are that you cannot move up brackets by ranking either now that it has started. Funny how the community always has to work to figure out these things.....

And may I say, Who cares if the rich gets richer! Just make the lower to mid tier able to get rich just as fast!!

You can theoretically get 3 5* crystals throughout the month doing it all. I'll plan on 2 and be happy

How do you figure ?? If I get one I'd be lucky

Well technically people have to wait for the refresh of the dungeons to confirm their attempts to raise their prestige worked or not.

If you have a high enough prestige, maximum number of dark artifacts is 1,950 from daily milestones.
Event runs 42 days

42 * 1,950 = 81,900 dark artifacts
81,900 / 27,000 = 3.03333333333 crystals

I really don't get this prestige bracket ****. The prestige race is a joke, especially when the game devs can't even be bothered to put a prestige number on your profile card, so you at least know where you stand. Have to use a bunch of third party calculators to find your prestige, a valuable part of the game. Because you guys just don't want to show us it outright?

People will accept whatever you choose to do Kabam. The issue here is that you were not transparent and did not give advance notice. You have said you are working on those things but this is another example of it hurting you. If you had announced 2-3 weeks in advance and given the cutoffs, then people would know what they can get or if it is possible to move up before the event starts. Sure lots of people would be upset that they weren't getting the top rewards but at least they would have known about it up front. You even did yourself 1 worse by announcing how much dust is possible to gain. Everyone planned out what rewards they would buy and got excited, only to find out they never stood a chance to even get close to the amount of dust that was possible.

Showing modified base prestige on the profile like kabam is currently doing is useless. It's just a number showing how stuff like masteries or boost interact with your prestige and it's useless data. The easiest solution and I apologize if this common sense suggestion has already been raised somewhere, is to replace that useless number with the base prestige of your top 5 champs on each Summoners profile. Why only show 4 champs when prestige is based on 5?

What determines your milestone rewards? Because I’m uncollected and I’ve cleared realm and RoL and beaten uncollected events and challenges but my milestones stop at 3000.

This, just put the base number of your prestige below Total Base Hero Rating, Job done. But nah, too much effort I guess. They've already worked it out for you to apply to these types of content, but putting it there for us to see. Nah.

Yet the game recommends difficulties 4-6 for me (specifically 5 for most of my higher teams and 6 for my 2 highest).

I have a large enough roster. The problem is the time, 4 hrs is a huge difference and it basically screws me

Hi!

Dungeons and their milestones reset every 24 hours. The first day was a bit shorter because the dungeons opened at 4PM PST, but the rest of the days will be a full 24 hours.

@Kabam Miike I don't see how it would be possible to get more than 1 5* crystal; based on the daily milestones that I can see, at less than 1k Dark Artifacts a day, that's only 1 5* crystal, and not available before the fourth week, either.

Hi!

You won't be locked out if you've entered the lobby and haven't yet joined a team and started to play. Once you join with a partner and started to play through the dungeon, all active timers will start and you'll be able to clearly see how much time you have to finish.

yeah they need to remove that prestige cap. there's a handful of players locked out who have a legit shot at earning the high level rewards.

i see what you are doing here as low level accounts would kill themselves trying to get them, but perhaps the prestige gate is a little high. it should be summoner level 50 or something more approachable

If you’re not willing to give us the prestige cutoff for the brackets, how are we supposed to know for sure we are in the correct bracket? Errors with this game aren’t exactly unheard of. How do we verify that our brackets are correct?

Top bracket = 5500+ prestige, 5th milestone is 7500 max. over 43 days, 3,061,600 total dust @ 71,200 dust/day,
2nd bracket= less than 5500 prestige, 5th milestone is 5000max, over 43 days, 2,601,500 total dust @ 60,500 dust/day
3rd bracket = who knows ?.....

The progression in this game is broken. This was a fun new way to play the game. After looking at how long my best champions will be locked & seeing the milestone cap basedon prestige....I realize the progression in this game is just broken.

This is **** I’m a 550k player but because I haven’t been lucky enough to dupe a decent 5* out of the 30 I have my prestige isn’t high enough for the highest milestone I have 100% every uncollected event and am on my way to 100% act 5 but haven’t had the time since the uncollected monthly got added and took up more of my energy so because I don’t drop 1000’s of dollars to buy energy refills and potions to do it all immediately I’m behind the 8 ball again

My prestige is only 4158. Maxed Scarlet Witch and maxed Vision Age of Ultron rank pretty low

It’s about enough on top of all the bugs and the aq update where it’s gettting to be time to put this game down and maybe find one that treats they’re player base well I hear strike force is pretty good

Im not usually one to complain, but seriously, what the hell is up with the milestone cap? Its bad enough there is almost a 2 day timer on using champs in dungeons, but now I cant get all of the rewards because of stupid prestige? Prestige is a usless number and should have nothing to do with skill of the player.
I know people who have higher prestige then i do, and i could fight circles around them.
Remove the cap please.
