Will RoL Black Bolt change with new update?

With the new update taking recoil away from is L2, will the changes be the same for RoL?

    In the past, the ROL champs have not been updated iirc. Still good to get confirmation from kabam tho

    No,It doesn't affect high difficulty content like Rol and LoL
