I don’t get it, why check my connection? All other apps and internet works fine... it should say please play another game because our servers are always down... 🤮
Can you just restart the servers or do what ever you do when you have emergency maintenance?
It’s getting late and I haven’t start my daily dungeon yet.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game thinking the issue was on my end since other people in my alliance weren't having issues. It worked for about 30 minutes and now I can't get back on.
I can't log in either. Attempting to connect on my wireless network with iPad Air2. Attempting to connect on my iPhone 7 with AT&T data network. Same result on both networks: "Failed to log in Problems connecting to the network". I even tried deleting and downloading the game again.
So I have tried on multiple devices to login to no avail. I get to login screen & get connection error. I even tried on a friends phone. I can’t submit a ticket because even after deleting & reinstalling game I’m unable to login!
