Worth grinding for Winter Soldier?

I have a fairly skill-heavy 4* roster, so was curious as to whether it's worth it to grind for WS in arenas? Currently have 34 4* champs and 9 are skill. It's my biggest number of champs in one class, so consequently is my least-duped group. It's not that I don't want him, I'm just not sure if I'll ever use/need him. (Summoner 52, champ base rating of ~140k, 100% up to Act 4.2.2, never really done any of the Labyrinth stuff).

I currently have:
Both Black Panthers (R3)
Gwenpool (R4)
Crossbones (R3- soon to be R4)
Punisher (unleveled)
Black Widow (R3)
Hawkeye (R3)
Agent Venom (R2 - soon to be R3)
Dare Devil (netflix) (unleveled)

From what I can see, he has good synergies with Captain (who I have at R4) and a few of the other Skill champs. I do not have Wolverine. I have his 3* duped and like his power drain.

Pros:
*Gotta collect them all
*I have the android boosts/refills rotting in my stash
*I have the time to grind

Cons:
*Just another skill champ to rank up.
*Not sure I'll ever use/need him

You might as well. Using boosts and those refills I think you can get him for around 2.5 million.

In general I think if you are an arena grinder, and you don't have the basic, and you have the time, you should go for it.

Firstly, at some point down the road it will be easy to rank him up to at least rank 3, secondly an arena grinder can always use another 4*, thirdly one day you'll pull him from a crystal and if you already grinded for him you'll be duping him, getting the associated 5* fragments and ISO for duping.

And on top of that, a low basic is only a little higher than the basic milestones, and the milestones themselves are worth going for if you can get them. If you are already going to put up 1.5 million to snag the milestones, it really isn't a lot more effort to grind the extra 500k-800k you will probably need to get a low basic.
