Do you think cap iw is worth a generic gem? As a 4*?
I'd even say he's worth a 5* generic, so definitely yeah as a 4*. One of the best 4* options out there. His insane block pro will keep you going for quite some time, and awakened he's basically debuff immune with a skill champ on your team as long as you keep blocking to build up his kinetic charges.

Glad so many more people recognize the truth of what I said way back then: This character is one of the most amazing and versatile characters in the game, makes multiple other characters better, and is easy yet fun to play
