I am not accusing or anything, but if you ever logged in on a device that did have it, or shared your login with someone in your alliance that does use it...that would lead to a ban as well.

I've only logged in on my phone and never shared account info. Just need to know where on my phone i could check for these prohibited programs and what they are called

The only other software I could come up with that would give you trouble is Bluestacks

All 3rd party software would have some relation to MCoC. So look for unknown apps and remove them is my best answer to you. Do you have anti-malware software? @Flazky Run a system check. 3rd party software isn't typically acquired randomly however. Do you let anyone else use your device?

As to a list of names of 3rd party software, do a Google search and see what comes up for mods pertaining to this game if you're inexperienced with tech. This could help you know what to look for @Flazky . Never use those programs. Never accept those "Hey, you want free units?" deals from anyone/anywhere. Many of those people are just phishing your account information. Report anyone who you seeing doing that. It's dirty, and could lead to people getting your personal information if you save your credit card number for in game purchases. Please be careful out there. Sorry to hear you got a ban. Not sure what caused it, but best to look over your device for funky malware. If you knowingly participated in some "deal" to get units from an outside source, that would be deemed 3rd party interaction for this game. This, unlike other apps does not have a "earn free units" section with 3rd party deals. That's about all i can think of. Hope this helps you.

worse case if you cant identify any apps as 3rd party software, I would restore your phone to factory settings, it would wipe your phone clean of everything, including apps, and you can just re-download mcoc (make sure your account is linked).
