Not getting points for opening a 4star crystal. [Not A Bug]

Kabam I am not getting points in summoner advancement for opening a four star hero crystal.......plz fix this problem as soon as possible.

    Hi @Arhammm. Typically for an issue like this with missing event points, you would want to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team. You can contact them through the game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then tapping on Support. Thanks!
