You have to be Westchester or Poughkeepsie lol. I'm from northern Jersey and I have only a rough idea of the North and South border dispute lol

I've heard people upstate say it's not upstate and people from the city say it is upstate. I live across the Hudson so I only know a little.

Definitely the Hudson Valley, Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, Putnam and Dutchess counties.

I’m in Pennsylvania now, but I lived in the Hudson Valley for 30 years
