Please remove my ban...

Hello Kabam team, I was permanently banned for violating the terms of service. I am here to kindly ask you to reconsider the decision. I am a leader of my alliance, me and my cousin who is the another banned member, because of "account sharing". It was a misunderstood. We were at war and my cousin's cellphone died (his cellphone is a Xiaomi) so he asked me if he could use my cellphone a little bit and he used it to play. Shortly after I received a notice in my account stating that one of the members violated the terms. I immediately contacted the members through our WhatsApp group to ask them if any of them were committing any violation, I removed some members that I had no proximity because I suspected it was one of them. We weren't cheating. I did not use his account, I can prove that we are cousins. I recognize any faults of mine and any member of my alliance, any violation that has occurred has been involuntary on both sides and i would like to ask for your help, both myself and the members of the alliance are disappointed with what happened, a lot of us have known each other a long time and the game has brought us closer every day. Could you please think about giving us another chance?
Or at least change my ban period from "permanently" to 15 or 30 days .Please, give me that 1 year account anniversary, I can garantee it won't happen again. I really feel for that.

    Kabam team, I’m here as many other members of my ally to ask you to reconsider the permanent ban of our leader, because we know him for a long time and he would never do anything to cheat or disrespect the rules. He is always talking to us and his really straight about it, cheating isn’t accept in our ally in anyway of it. He really doesn’t deserve it, if you can reconsider it I can share the time of banning with him, but please, don’t make it permanent.

    These are the forum mods. They are not going to lift your ban. You need to do a support ticket.

    Hello Kabam’s support.
    I’m here to gently ask thru this message that you reconsider the ban of a friend of my ally CrapulaOfc, he was banned of the game permanently because of sharing his account, but it didn’t happen for real, what really happened is that he lent his mobile for his cousin (that was banned too) so he could play a little bit, once his battery died. Thank you for the attention.

    Hello kabam team, I am a member of the alliance too, the case was not intended to give us an advantage or anything of that kind, we ask you to reassess the case and if possible remove the ban or make it temporary, our intentions never were to take advantage of this, we apologize and we will ensure that it will not happen again, again I ask you to reassess the case, thank you.

    Yes I’ve heard their not particularly helpful, but here they just close the discussions and say to open a ticket. I’ve seen around 4 other ban posts closed today.
