    @Jdat84 here's the thing right, the special attack actually needs to do damage. However, Vision's sp1 doesn't do any damage, the damage comes from burning power
    That's why it doesn't work, and they decided to helpfully mention it too

    vision does not work for a simple reason......

    his special does 0 damage....
    thats right 0 damage.....
    anyone who understands their vison knows this....

    the damage comes from power burn after his special......

    this is why vision does not give points for the vanquishing blow

    IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL SOMEONE WITH VISION SPECIAL ATTACK.
