It says use tech champ and use sp1 to defeat your enemy, or aomething of that nature

It also says vision both versions don’t count

That's why it doesn't work, and they decided to helpfully mention it too
his special does 0 damage....
thats right 0 damage.....
anyone who understands their vison knows this....
the damage comes from power burn after his special......
this is why vision does not give points for the vanquishing blow
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL SOMEONE WITH VISION SPECIAL ATTACK.
