How do I become Uncollected?

I've been playing for 7 months now and it never dawned on me, the thought, what is being Uncollected? How do you get to be Uncollected and what helps?

    Complete chapters 1 and 2 of act 5.

    You got to beat the collector, in act 5 chapter 2 part 6. Only completion

    I forget now, when you said completion, you mean I won't have to fully explore the quests for each both chapters?

    Yes, just need 1-pass thru the Collector in Act 5.2.6 (or along the way also). Not 100% Explore.
