You want to give NC Bleed? That would be quite the Champ.

To the OP, there is a balancing of all Abilities when making Champs. Not every blade will cause Bleed.

I was alluding to the same point you just came out and said.

Although, it is a bit weird that a punch/kick by one champ (why Captain America's Sp2?) will cause bleed but a slash/stab with a blade doesn't.

I dont mind my angela doesn't do bleed. She does same damage on every champ pretty much. Dont have to think about resistance enemies so its not always a bad thing.

Her katana is coated with Psychic energies. We already have enough bleeders, I know some doesn't make sense (Drax making you bleed with the Headbutt special1), but Psylocke's fine as she his
