AI Parrying Heavy Attacks

I've been fighting in arena and sometimes I get parried by the AI in the middle of a heavy attack. I can't parry a heavy attack, so how come the AI can? You've always been able to resist a heavy attack, but parry? With captain america ww2 the first hit of the heavy landed 2nd hit i was parried/stunned. Hyperion same thing first part landed, ai recovered out of stun, and parried me as the fists started to land.

    It happens the other way around sometimes, as well. It popped up after the last update. I noticed on several fights my champs parried heavy attacks.

    I thought it was supposed to be changed so you couldn't parry heavy or specials and get the stun. I could be wrong though.

    Its always been that way for me but only when the opponent has stand your ground unlocked. That's the only way it can happen.
