Bluestacks Advertises MCOC

If you have never heard of the game before and wanted to play it (on lets say bluestacks) you can/will get banned because Bluestacks violates the ToS as it is an emulator used to play Android Games which "can somehow" provide a disadvantage to other mobile players, for starters, new players won't know Bluestacks is against the ToS (unless they read the entire ToS until they find about Bluestacks, but who reads an entire ToS on any game unless you are really bored), secondly Bluestacks literally advertise MCOC saying download this game now from the Play Store, it's even featured on the Play Store, I know Kabam can't stop Bluestacks from advertising it but it's kind of stupid how something that breaks the ToS advertises the game...

So what about the 1000's of YouTube videos on hacking MCOC? Same thing. Can't control it. If They read the ToS they won't have an issue.
Using emulators like Bluestacks can "somehow" provide a disadvantage to other players by making it a lot easier to "hack" the game and "bot" the gameplay, because you are "running" the game on a "platform" that is "under" the full "control" of the underlying "computer."
So people will download it
