Frame rate Issue, or Immediate AI recovery

I am noticing this and its more apparent in the latter days of aq, that the AI sometimes recovers from a 5 hit combo almost immediately. I am not sure as the title states if it is a frame rate issue or if the AI is recovering immediately, but I finish a combo and get hit before I can block. is anyone else having this issue?

Known issue that they recover faster than you can react. Believe it's being worked on from admin comments

That just happened to me, I had to force quit a fight cuz the AI blocked a 4 hit combo followed by a sp1 with rouge....
