So I have just enough T4 basic to rank up either Blade or Archangel to R5. Who's the better option?

Blade has better regen then AA. Yes AA can neuter ability accuracy entirely but AA is uselss v. Bleed or Poison immune. Blade in the other hand can still be used effectively against some bleed immune champs (with GR synergy) such as UC, Ultron, Dorm, and Morningstar.

Hey bro both champion relay on bleed some extent .both are deserve to have r4 and it wont cost t4cc of same class go for both champion
