Modok dexterity

Hitting his block i have noticed he is using dexterity way more than usual to dex out right after a hit to his shield and attacks instantly. I am not talking about the 5 th hit in combo could be even after first hit to shield

Anyone notice this?

    I don't think it even qualifies as dexterity because he pulls away mid combo and does it so quickly he can attack back before you even finish your current hit.
    You try dropping your guard mid combo to attack and see how that turns out.
    It's absolutely ridiculous. Total bull****

    I fight him a lot just lately he seems even more dexterity charged
