4* Rhino in spider-verse crystal?

4* rhino is exclusive in ROL and LOL. Why is 4* rhino available in the spider-verse crystal?

I have thought, once you have an exclusive champ, he would be in your spins when you open a crystal.
It would be like you have unlocked him.

He is available as a 2 star and 3 star i believe but the description of the crystal says that he is not available as a 4 star.
