MODOK usefulness

I’ve found most people don’t rate MODOK that high but his strong attack has a lot of range and I’ve found it to be effective as an offensive player. Is he underrated? I don’t want to rank him up if he’s truly lower tier but he seems pretty good just playing with him at base level.

    I have him duped at 4/55 and I think he’s tremendously underrated as an attacker. The heal reversal/power gain reversal has saved me on many occasions. L2 can do great damage as well. Plus autoblock saving you on screw ups.

    He is a great defender not sure about attacking tho

    His block is way too low that's why he sucks as an attacker
