Each time you disable the shield the cooldown is extended but i fought that path and will say some champs were blocking after i knocked them and couldnt go for the kill bc the shield was back up
Strapping on big, whole sentences on a random template makes even a potential good meme unfunny. Please, select your templates with a little extra care to ensure this thread doesn't become boring.

What I meant by that was you can still do damage while they're blocking so it depends how low their health is
