Which champions are the best to awaken?

I know their are “god” tier champions like Iceman who don’t need to be awakened to be extremely effective. However, from experienced players, what champions are okay to good when unawakened who become excellent to demi-god when awakened?

For expample, my Superior Iron Man’s Arc Overload is extremely effective and it’s saved me in many fights. What champions truly become more special with awakened ability?

    Awakening Gems are rare so don't waste those on mediocre or Bad champions
    I think champions such as Voodoo, Magik,ArchAngel,ect are some of the best to awaken. I used a mystic gem on my 4*Voodoo and a Science one on 4* Luke Cage and didn't regret either one.
