Auto move and Delay in attacks and blocking

in Bugs and Known Issues
when i start the fight and try to block the attacks ,instead of blocking my champ is dashing to and fro.
and I'm experiencing delay while activating special attacks(and during medium and light attacks)

    This bug is killing me in AQ,and cost me arena matches. I have tried restarting the game multiple times to no avail.
