Another good power control I haven’t seen people suggest would be doc Ock. Have to get to sp3 to get there, (even though you have shorter ones along the way) but you can perma power lock like magik. I really like Doc Ock as a power control champ
I'm honestly not good enough with Doc to suggest him, but I've seen good results from other people.
Really? I wasn’t convinced there was a huge skill cap with the Doc. Really all you need to do is hit into the block a few times, then build to L3. Once you’re at L3 make sure to trigger a power lock then launch the l3. After that, you get a long enough power lock to re-apply it every time you get to an L1.
I think Doc Ock is quite underrated, not that people say he’s bad, but honestly, if I pulled him as a 6* I’d seriously consider rank 2.
It is more a case of me getting Doc later rather than sooner, and not having the time to really practice much with him. There's more things I want to get better at than there are hours in the day.
I’d recommend moving him a little up your list then!
A joke, but seriously he is very good and I’d really suggest giving him some practice. I only have a 4* unduped, but rank 5 and I use him in uncollected when I want to take in my B and C teams
Currently I'm working on getting better with Quake and Nebula, plus a little of Void in there. Quake and Nebula have a slight overlap in the skill set and while I'm already decent with Nebula, it behooves me to get better since I have her as 6*. Next on the list is probably Doc Oc and Morningstar.
All great champs to practice with, I have a soft spot for Nebs ever since I pulled her as my first 6*. She’s been wrecking AQ sentinels for me with the Proxima synergy (10 electroshock changes right off the bat) and recently came in very handy for uncollected adaptoid.
I’ve found that I only really stack charges if the AI decides to be a bit calmer. Otherwise I just get block damaged to KO. I usually just build to SP3, use that and she becomes like Thor Ragnarok, dealing shock damage with every hit and blocked hit. Once I get enough charges to Ko the opponent I launch an L2 after a parry. You do have to brush up on intercepting with nebula!
I think Quake has one of the largest skill caps in the game however. You need to be good with Quake, for Quake to be good with you.
