    Depends who you use. If you have someone like Dr Voodoo or SIM, IM, GR, or any recovery type champ it’s well worth it.

    Depending on if you use regen champs a lot an also what other masteries you have still to unlock. Recovery is one that is not essential an other masteries will benefit you way more to unlock first.
