So if you run chrome OS in a virtual box then you can play on a PC without breaking the tos?

if I remember correctly last time mods spoke on it they described it as if the device can run Google play with no third party software then it's allowed

you can modify game files from phone itself + or you can copy it to pc and modify it then send it to phone again
