Rank up voodoo, or voodoo?

I have a dupped 4* voodoo curently at 4/40, and 5* undupped 5* 2/35. I can only rank one, either max my 4*, or rank my 5* to r3. I think both will end up around the same specs as is because of the undupped. It takes me long to gather t4cc and/or 5*. Starting act 5 to besome uncollected. So which should i rank??

You should wait for dupped Voodoo 5*. Dr Voodoo is not important for chapter 1 and 2 yet.

I was going to r5 my 4 star today but got a 5 star. I immediately took him to r3.
