Is the synergy worth it?

Hi guys,
I have had the unwelcome pleasure of having my second awakened 5* being ant-man (second only to karnak).

Here's my question:
If in the future I pull wasp and ghost, should I invest in my ant-man? He is sitting at rank 1 sig level 20 but if I pu those two I was considering putting some 5* science sig stones and maybe even generic stones that I've been sitting on into him and maybe bring him to r3. Would this be worth it?
