How would fewer wars than we are doing now be a compromise?

Three wars? Whatever it is now then I don't keep a running count

So instant wars with the ability to forfeit? Awesome we could just farm shards by starting and quitting wars we wouldn't need to try at all....oh wait.

No I don't see why a weekly cap would be nesessary or benificial. Eliminating the placement day would let us play more that should be the goal. If your alliance doesn't want to do it every day then don't, if you want to run more or less wars then find a group that suit your needs. Anything that offers options and flexibility is a benifit to the individual player and their alliance. I can't see how more wars hurts Kabam either as they can adjust the economy any time they want whether the rewards be better or worse but having the players be more active and potentially spending is obviously to there benifit also.

Why would they allow such a silly loophole. How dumb do you think they would be to let you spam forfeit and immediately collect loser rewards

Somebody had decided to poison your thread by introducing this non-existent promise of a "forfeit" button ("They were also going to give us a forfeit button but oh well").

    Welcome to the forum.

Remember when they were going to give us a "ready button" to skip the rest of placement day? That was going to be awesome. They were also going to give us a forfeit button but oh well

    I don't

    Welcome to the forum.

Might want to read the OP if you are looking for the forfeit button reference.

And yeah they wouldn't be that stupid which is why we have the current system. /facepalm

Furthermore you don't shoot for zero percent you put in x percent, you know since rewards scale with % complete, which can be done with the base energy given when AW starts.

In my original post I said "A surrender option would also be appreciated but I can understand why there would be hesitation to allow that" so while I did make reference to a surrender that's not what the post is about. At this point anyone that can't grasp my concept of eliminating this needless 24hour waiting period seems to be leaning on the "it's fine how it is argument". I'm unsure why anyone is in opposition to less waiting period. But too many close minded opinions of "everything is great". There is always room for improvement.
