4/5 star Shards

I’ve been playing for about 5 month and finally got my first 5 star champion (winter soldier) but I got all the shards from summoner gifts, also I get a lot of my 4 star shards this way two.
Could I have some tips on how to get 4/5 star shards easier.

    well join an ally that gives u shards. I get a 2 4* crytals every week and I get a 5* crytal every 3-4 weeks. 1. u need to be a strong fighter for master mode and heroic on monthly events. watch seatin, dork leason, prof hoff, rich the man and maybe even contestchampion. watch there vidoes see how the fight and learn from that I have 5k champs and I can bit a 30k guy with only one of my r5 champs. farm arena for shards r3 all of your 4* champs or higher for 48s in arena. u can get 48 from that. u don't get 4*/5* shards fast but ask your ally to help u if they r very strong. working up there takes awhile could be months or years. but watch those youtubers they will help u trust me.
