Am I allowed to use bluestack to play MCoC on PC?
If not, where doest is say it is forbidden.Specifically where in Terms and conditions
I"m very active on the game and i want to be able to play from my office computer without anyones seeing me using a mobile phone

There is your answer administrator saying it's against their terms of service.
correct me if i am wrong but that is the terms of service.
i have read it and read it and cannot see where it states use of an emulator or similar is not allowed.
maybe i have missed but can someone please point it out?
i know we have always been told it is against TOS but wheris it listed??

Is a very vague line that could be used for alot of things as to say its intended usage is on a handheld touchscreen device.

is another section that is slightly vague that may well imply that. however bluestacks does not access the app at all.....
also i was trying to find the part about using controllers and couldnt find it either.

As has been pointed out several times already in this thread. Do not use programs such as Bluestacks to play, this is a violation of the TOS.
I am going to close up this thread as this point has been made repeatedly.
