Active 4k prestige land clearer seeking full map5-focused alliance w/o arena req or map6 ambitions

Hello,
Basically I am looking for an active alliance of adults that appreciate the stabilisation and want to stay in map 5, cycle around tier 6+ in aw and keep the prestige fairly low looking for a compromise between easier fights and maximizing the amount of t4b catalysts, t4c shards and 4*/5* shards weekly.
Me:
- land clearer, not a boss killer (weak against difficult opponents, reliable on regular paths)
- very active and communicative
- loyal (not a jumper)
- adult with no interest in drama
- experienced in map 5
- able to always donate on time
- participating in all allicance events except arena - virtually no activity there
- based in Europe but staying up late
- able to cooperate with players from all timezones
- strong 4/40 & 2/25 defence team (magik, uc, 5*juggz, yj unduped nc, md at lvl3)
- 2 strong 5/50 & 3/35 attack teams (bw, sw, wwii, wolvie, 5*bp, unduped ultron + sim or unduped voodoo ocasionally)
- decent mastery setup (deep wounds almost maxed, no suicides, md at lvl3)
- focused on aq, questing and ranking champions (for utility, not for prestige)
- in constant need for t4b catalysts and t4c shards to further improve roster
- no intention to play arena
- no ambitions for map6
- no ambitions to always win in aw
- not a spender (with exceptions
)
- experienced as an officer (was responsible for donation tracking and player coordination based on skills and timezone) but no ambitions to be one if not needed
- prefer discord for communication (short experience as server admin) but can also use line / groupme / whatever else you guys prefer
I am splitting paths with a 7.5m alliance (prestige over 4k). Our priorities were not the same as they started to focus on constant prestige increase (which means difficulty increase with no real benefit in rewards as we were still hitting the same milestone since aq season 4 started) and put more pressure on exploring AW each day. They also had map 6 in perspective which would just be too much for me.
I am looking for an alliance that:
- is well estabilished (~30 very active players, reliable and loyal), wanting to replace a slacker with a really active player or fill an empty slot for good
- focuses on aq (5x5 or close ideally + ability to get 15 clears each week)
- competes in advanced aq tier
- is able to reach the milestone with full T4B catalyst each week
- has a common prestige lower than 4k and no big pressure on increasing it - I appreciate and prefer easier fights as long as we are still able to get rewards we want
- has no arena requirements and no intention to play map6 soon
- is able to get shards from sa / item use / completion each week without any issues
- plays aw all the time with all 3 bgs
- able to stay in tier 7+ in aw (again - I appreciate easier fights but I want red shards)
- is cool and appreciates that sometimes real life comes first
Not looking for an alliance that is just forming, after a split, half empty, not playing all bgs, with big player rotation, or issues with completing any of the stuff listed above - please don't waste our time
