Banned account

So my account has been banned for 165 hrs for breach in terms of service. And for the life of me I don't understand why I've never shared my acc with anyone, ive never used third party apps, I have over the past 3 weeks spent over $100 in game and quite frankly am pissed coz now i have to step out of my alliance I've been with for over a year coz of a week ban. This is BS kabam why the hek have u done this to me.
