It kind of depends on your tier. In medium tier alliances, awakened Medusa makes a good boss and a strong defender on many nodes. But above a certain tier, probably tier 6, almost no 4* champion of any rank or sig level is going to stop most attackers. Still, awakened Medusa is probably one of the more dangerous defenders out there for all but the strongest players (or those that are running paths where she shows up all the time, so they have tons of practice fighting her).
