Alliance War - the War that never happened

Good Morning,

Our Alliance, is extremely disappointed at the recent turn of events with AW. As per my initial bug/support request, where I highlighted the fact that we got matched in AW but no war every took place. The result was deemed a draw with no points or rewards for our alliance. We have also potentially lost all the treasury resources for the war. We submitted support tickets and haven't received any feedback on this from Kabam.

After this debacle we were automatically placed into the attack phase of a war which we knew nothing about. There was an opponent but they never made any moves and made zero progress on the map. We thought this was Kabam's way of granting us a war for us to gain back our 'drawn - 0 point' war. All 3 battle groups completed the map 100% and much to our amusement there wasn't a result and we were robbed of another win and rewards. Now we have lost the opportunity to find a war opponent and potentially losing the chance to fight up to 2 wars this season. Let me take this opportunity to stress how drastically this will affect the progress of our alliance in retaining a spot in Gold 1 tier and the possibility of climbing to a higher tier!

I would encourage you - Kabam to do the right things and compensate our Alliance and it's members the rewards we are entitled to and reinstate us in Gold 1 tier at the end of the season. We've already lost a good member of our alliance because of lack of responsibility and consideration from your part. I hate to see us losing more members just because we got the stiff end of the stick, or as the popular saying goes - Kabamed!

Has anyone else in the battle realm experienced this? What is Kabam doing to address this concern affecting the progress and rewards to our alliance?

    Here is some more proof of the incident. Also the war with just the attack phase never got registered in the war history.

    @Kabam Miike @Kabam Lyra can something be done about this? Resources get spent and people put in the effort for war season. If an alliance gets screwed over like this it's not far off from getting ruined because people leave to get the rewards they should have got. You adjusted it for a top tier alliance in season 1 because they couldn't get matched up. This is your own bug in the system so at least take this seriously.

    I can understand and live with the facts that there are certain bugs in the game. Yeah ok, those bugs happen frequently. Normally you listen to the community and you compensate. Do you compensate enough? That’s debatable! But hey I went trough it all for over 2 years now. The difference between Gold 1 and Gold 2 in AW is huge. I finished most of the games content and I’m at a point where if this problem isn’t fixed and we don’t get compensated like we should, there is nothing that will keep me playing this game. Please fix and compensate accordingly!

    Your assistance in resolving this issue will be much appreciated. As you can imagine there are 30 anxious summoners in our alliance.
