What that says is when you purchase, purchase using the in-game purchase options only. Do not attempt to buy stuff for the game through external purchasing avenues. If you don't buy using the in-game purchasing options, what you're doing is almost certainly against the terms of service of the game and can get you banned.

It could even be part of an illegal transaction. Many credit card and SIM cloning thefts need a way to convert the stolen data into cash, and one way to do that in a very difficult to trace way is by laundering the money through online gaming transactions. It isn't easy to just walk into a bank and try to withdraw thousands of dollars with stolen credentials. But it is much easier to make hundreds of small online game purchases on game accounts scattered all over the world. If someone is offering to buy you something for less than it costs, chances are something shady is going on. Identity theft and money laundering are high on the list of those shady things.

No.., make sure the stuff you purchase is from the actual game. In other words don’t buy units from fraud websites

This is correct! Please keep your purchase for in-game items within the game. Purchasing from third-parties could be harmful to your security in both the game and/or your Google Play/Apple Store account.

coolio, thanks. and yeah, don’t mess around with 3rd parties or you may turn evil

I find this trolling for a problem to complain about forwards Kabam. This is worse than my girlfriend on trying to dig for a problem where there isnt one.

They have explained this before. Should be a FAQ #1.
