Tier 2 alpha arenas?

Why not have a T2A arena added to the rotation of other catalyst arenas? Make the cutoff for 1 T2A around 2 mil. The need for these are definitely growing, and their availability is slightly increasing, but not at the rate needed.

    Two million in the arena for a full T2A seems ... optimistic. I don't think that is likely at even ten times the milestone.
