This is just rough estimate based the post stating that at rank 5 the Symboid will have about 30% higher stats than a 6* 2/35 champ. Generalizing, 6* 2/35 have about 2,500 Attack and 35,000 Health. The abilities like bleeds are usually based off a percentage of the champions attack and converted into the actual value for the abilities page.
The 1* bleed is 47.7 damage over 4 secs which is 45% of it's base attack (106).

Just just a ball park estimate:
At rank 5 Symboid will have around 3,250 attack, 45,500 Health and the bleed will be 1,450 damage over 4 secs.
