Definitely an option, but I want to R5 someone so bad haha. Maybe I’ll wait for a gem or dupe on Medusa. Also have Cap IW awakened but lacking all of the t4cc for him.

Personally I'd take CAPIW up whenever u get the t4bc for it. Especially since he's awakened... So much utility w a high sig
If this was for my account, I'd choose Iceman or Sym Supreme, but that's because of the solutions they would provide on my roster. But not knowing your roster, it is hard to say which would be best.
Is wait tbh, out of those ss is the only r5 worthy champ imo, but he’s not a good first r5 as he’s very specialist, he’s the sort of champ you rank up once you have a solid base
Do not do sym supreme. From your first r5 you want a versatile champ that will help in all forms of content. Sym supreme won't be used very much and is not versatile. When you have more r5 I would r5 him.
If you basically do questing only, then Iceman would be my first choice and Sym Supreme would be my second choice. If Blade was awakened he'd be my first choice, but a rank 5 Iceman is going to tear through a lot of quest content. Triple immune and SP3 failsafe, plus a decent amount of damage. Sym Supreme is not as all-purpose, but he's one of the best situational boss-killers currently in the game.
CapIW is a potentially good choice as well, but in my opinion he needs high sig to really unlock that goodness: Iceman, SS, and even Blade do not need high sig as much (Blade does pretty well awakened and at low sig, although higher is better). So if you're thinking about sitting on resources and ranking him, consider if you have the sig stones to get his debuffs up to a reasonably high percentage chance to trigger (it basically starts at 40% at sig 1 and rises to 100% at sig 200, roughly linearly).
