I got killed in aq n aw n quest so many times this is making the game unplayable , i m using iphone xr n iphone 11 both devices having same issue freezing in mid attack n watever i do the character just dont move , my whole alliance also facing same issue . Please kabam fix this kind of bugs we cant spend lots of money on bugs like this for heal n revive

    Hey Sayakono, I'm sorry to hear your Champions are freezing when you try to perform a heavy attack. In an effort to resolve this issue, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below.

However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
