Its Been common knowledge for a month or two that Surfer is coming in December but there is also an odd caveat which is being glossed over: He will be the ONLY champion released in December. Now considerong that December is often when Kabam goes all out as far as incentives for player retention (minus the 2 star 5 star crystal arena which is to combat the post-Holiday LuL) so could we see a 5 star scarlet witch (or wolverine even) drop in place of a second champion?

    They add two new champs they don’t introduce old ones

    They typically run Arenas at end of year that have a 2-year range of available champs in the Arena Top Reward Crystal (instead of a specific champ. Wasn’t last year something like the Feature Arena being 2015/2017 champ crystal, and then 2 weeks later the Feature was 2016/2018 champ crystal ??

    Could be something like that which would allow only the 1 new champ for December Arenas.

    Hmm wasnt aegon and and the champion released last december during those same arenas? I believe they replace the basic arenas not a featured

    Correction that was the infamous darkhawk/nighthrasher month. Point still stands that two champions released desoite the arenas
